The Role

This is a rewarding and dynamic role working within a school environment, supporting young people who may need additional guidance and encouragement. No two days will be the same - you will be working closely with pupils to support their emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement with education. You will provide both in-class and pastoral support, helping students to build confidence, develop social skills, and stay focused on their learning. Using your experience, you will help manage behaviour positively and support students in making better choices both inside and outside the classroom.
