Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or SEN specialist looking for your next rewarding role this September?

We’re recruiting for a full-time HLTA to join a welcoming and inclusive SEN school in West Drayton, starting in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a well-resourced, all-through setting that prioritises support, development, and positive outcomes for students with additional needs.

About the Role:
As HLTA, you’ll lead lessons and targeted interventions across a range of age groups, supported by a team of 5–6 dedicated Teaching Assistants. You’ll work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver a curriculum that is both engaging and accessible, tailored to meet individual student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Work in collaboration with therapists and external specialists
