An inclusive and welcoming primary school is seeking a dedicated and experienced HLTA to join their team on a full-time basis from after May half term. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HLTA who is passionate about supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with class teachers, leadership staff, and support teams to help pupils reach their full potential.

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, your role will include:

  • Supporting the planning and assessment of learning in line with the national curriculum
  • Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND, EAL, and varying ability levels
  • Monitoring, recording, and feeding back on pupils' progress and achievements
  • Providing pastoral support and contributing to pupils' social and emotional development
  • Supporting classroom routines and contributing to the wider life of the school
