Academics are looking for HLTA's to work in schools across Wakefield on both daily supply and longer term assignments. We are looking for talented primary practitioners with high expectations and standards, who will be committed to the progress of all children.
Ideally you will have experience in working with children from Reception to Y6 and experience of working with children with EAL and supporting SEN pupils. We are looking for HLTA's who can use their initiative and work flexibly, excellent communicators, able to liaise successfully with children, colleagues and parents.
HLTA's must have GCSE English and Maths grade 4 or above and HLTA status or QTS. You must have good written and verbal communication skills. A knowledge of behaviour management techniques is desirable.
