April 2026 start or sooner. Permanent Position. HLTA. Borough of Richmond. 2 Form Entry Primary School. KS1 / KS2 Role.
Academics LTD are currently working with this fantastic two form entry role in Richmond to appoint an experienced HLTA / Cover Supervisor to work alongside the teaching team to provide class cover where needed and work with small groups of children to deliver Maths and English intervention. Applications would be most welcome from HLTA's that are flexible and can move from one class or group to another to deliver pre-planned lessons or intervention work.
Previous experience working in a Primary school is essential along with a good working knowledge of Key Stage 1 / 2 curriculum. The school offers a brilliant working environment with happy, valued education staff. You will have the opportunity to take part in regular CPD and training and be part of an efficient team who share best practice and enjoy their time in school.
Children come from a wide range of social and religious backgrounds, who work and play well together. The school has made every effort to build strong home / school relationships and has a robust behaviour management system to ensure that good behaviour is modelled and experienced across the school.
Interviews for this role will take place ASAP with the successful HLTA joining the team straight after half term or sooner if available.
