Our highly regarded primary school are looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their vibrant school from September 2026.

About the role as an HLTA
- Help plan, prepare and deliver engaging learning activities across the primary age range, including leading whole-class sessions when required.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to support the planning, assessment and adaptation of learning to meet the needs of all students.
- Provide tailored and targeted support for students with a wide range of needs, including those with learning needs.
- Support and help foster a positive classroom environment that is built on respect and belonging.
- Support the monitoring of pupil progress and contribute to interventions that close any attainment gaps.

- Hold an HLTA qualification.
- Have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and inclusive teaching practices.
- Be confident in leading learning for the whole class.
