Academics are supporting local primary schools to Retford who are searching for a motivated and kind hearted HLTA to support their team with cover for vacancies on both an ad-hoc and long-term basis. Could that be you?
If you have recently completed a BA Hons Degree in Education or you hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification (Level 4) then Academics have the role for you.
This type of role requires confidence, knowledge of the EYFS, KS1 and KS2 curriculum, the ability to maintain engagement from pupils and creative methods to keep pupils on course.
