We are currently working with a welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Smethwick seeking a dedicated and experienced HLTA to join their team from September. This school, based in the heart of Smethwick, offers a supportive and diverse environment where pupils thrive.
The Ideal HLTA Candidate Will Have:
- A recognised HLTA qualification or a Level 4 or above child-related qualification
- Previous experience supporting learning within a primary school setting
- Confidence in leading small group work and covering lessons in the teacher's absence
- Strong communication skills and a flexible, proactive approach
