based Start ASAP £95+ per day (Depending on Experience) Term time only Clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply) Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to a range of learners across the day Build positive and trusting relationships with learners. Support learners with their learning, development and engagement. Encourage continued positive behaviour choices, confidence and independence. Help maintain a calm, safe and inclusive learning environment for all. Follow all policies and procedures on a daily basis. We are looking for someone who is: Caring, patient and adaptable. Passionate about supporting learning and young people to succeed. Confident building positive relationships with learners. Resilient and able to remain calm in challenging situations. Willing to learn and develop through hands on experience. Able to work effectively as part of a supportive team. Experienced working with children or young people is beneficial, but not essential. An Enhanced DBS check is required, or you must be willing to apply for one. Why Join?
