Monitor progress, identify gaps in knowledge and provide targeted support. Use creative and practical teaching approaches to encourage engagement. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider team to support pupil progress. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English. Experience supporting pupils with autism, ADHD or additional learning needs would be advantageous. Confident delivering GCSE-level content and preparing pupils for examinations. Able to adapt teaching methods to support different learning styles. Patient, empathetic, resilient and enthusiastic.
