Person specification:
- Qualified teacher with QTS and a specialism in Maths
- Proven experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
- Evidence of strong classroom practice and excellent behaviour management
- Experience in, or readiness for, a leadership or management role
- Highly organised, reflective, and committed to continuous improvement
- Passionate about making a meaningful difference to students' outcomes
