A well-established secondary school in Enfield is looking to appoint a creative and dynamic Head of Art & Technology to lead a successful and expanding department from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or current middle leader with a passion for creative subjects and the ability to inspire both students and staff within a high-expectations learning environment.

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead the Art & Technology department across KS3 and KS4
  • Drive high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum development
  • Teach Art, Design & Technology or a related specialism to a high standard
  • Support and develop staff within the department
  • Promote creativity, innovation and student engagement across the curriculum
  • Monitor student progress and raise achievement across all key stages
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour, organisation and classroom practice
