- Provide classroom support to students across KS3 and KS4, working alongside teaching staff.
- Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions to support learning and progress.
- Support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping them access the curriculum and achieve their individual goals.
- Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence both inside and outside the classroom.
- Assist teachers with preparing learning resources and classroom activities.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, the SEN department and pastoral teams to ensure students receive the support they need.
