This school caters for students aged 11-16. Full-time, Monday - Friday, Art Teacher role. Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Art lessons across KS3 and KS4. Inspire students through creative, practical and imaginative teaching that develops artistic skills, critical thinking and individual expression. Assess, monitor and track student progress to ensure strong attainment and positive outcomes. Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where all students can develop their creativity and achieve their potential. Encourage experimentation with a variety of artistic media, techniques and processes while promoting high standards of presentation and craftsmanship. Work collaboratively with the Creative Arts department and wider school team. Contribute to curriculum development, exhibitions, enrichment activities and extracurricular opportunities, including art clubs, competitions and school displays where appropriate.

What we’re looking for:

- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- A proactive, positive and collaborative approach to teaching and learning.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
