Academics are recruiting on behalf of a Primary School in Fareham who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher. This is a full-time, fixed term contract to start in April until the end of the Academic Year.
The successful candidate will be a confident and competent Year 4 teacher with high expectations of children’s academic, emotional and social development. The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum, and be skilled in identifying gaps in pupils’ knowledge and know how to bridge these. The candidate will also be passionate and driven and willing to ‘go that extra mile’ for our pupils.
As this is a contract role, you will be required to carry out full teaching responsibilities. The school encourages their staff to bring fresh ideas into the classroom, ensuring engaging and dynamic lessons. - Have qualified teacher status (QTS)

- Be passionate about the learning and welfare of children, are imaginative and forward thinking
- Have the ability to inspire, motivate and engage children to achieve and succeed
- Be able to form positive relationships with children, staff, parents and governors
- Possess excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
