Contract: Temp to perm (possible direct permanent), full-time, term-time, 30 hours per week, 8.45am - 3.15pm.

Overview: Academics is recruiting for a small Special School in Waterlooville, Hampshire. The school caters for children aged 2-19 years with severe and profound multiple learning difficulties (SLD, PMLD), providing a personalised approach to teaching and learning, a rich curriculum and a dedicated interventions team to support well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Support students across the school who have diverse learning, communication, and health needs.
  • Provide personal care and feeding duties.
  • Assist wheelchair users and students who require medical support.
  • Work as part of a team of LSAs and SEN teachers to make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Qualifications:
