Academics are looking for passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers who are available for supply teaching in Primary schools in the Winchester area. We have teaching opportunities available for daily and short term supply, as well as long term, temp to perm and permanent contracts. So whatever your situation, we can find something to fit in around your personal situation.
Due to demand, we are actively seeking Key Stage 2 specialist Teachers to work in Primary and Junior schools in your local area.
You will be required to:
- Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons to KS2 students in the absence of the class teacher on a daily/short term basis. This will involve marking and making sure the classroom is tidy at the end of the day.
- Manage the behaviour in the classroom, in line with the schools behaviour and safeguarding policy.
- Support students’ learning across a range of year groups, subject areas and learning needs.
If you secure a long term position, you will be required to plan lessons, attend meetings and carry out the role of a permanent member of staff. These positions are paid to scale (MPS).
