Academics are working with a Primary School located in Aldershot that is looking to appoint an inspirational teacher to lead their KS2 team. This post would be suitable for a more experienced class teacher who is ready to develop or consolidate phase leadership and has the experience and drive to lead and continue to develop an established KS2 teaching team, ensuring that standards and outcomes are high across the phase and in conjunction with other phase leads and USLT across the school.
The post offers the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic and forward thinking Senior Leadership Team and Governing Board. The school has a strong and successful commitment to providing growth for school staff, supporting their development and nurturing their career aspirations. We are on an exciting journey following our recent Ofsted visit, where the school were awarded a 'Good' in all areas.
