Academics are currently recruiting Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in Portsmouth. This role offers excellent flexibility, whether you are looking for consistent full-time work or the ability to choose assignments that fit around your schedule.
Work is available on a day-to-day and long-term basis, with typical school hours of 8:30am to 3:30pm. Daily rates range from £130 to £150 depending on experience, subject specialism, and the nature of the booking.
You will be delivering pre-set lessons, maintaining classroom standards, and ensuring pupils remain engaged in their learning. The schools we partner with are supportive and well-organised, allowing you to focus on teaching without the additional pressures often associated with permanent roles.
