Position Overview
As a Secondary Schools Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with secondary schools to understand their staffing needs and provide a tailored, high-quality recruitment service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building long-term relationships, and is motivated by helping schools secure excellent candidates. You will work across a wide range of secondary roles—including subject teachers, cover supervisors, teaching assistants, pastoral staff and school leaders—ensuring exceptional service for both candidates and schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusting relationships with secondary schools to understand their staffing requirements
- Source, screen and interview candidates for a wide variety of secondary school roles
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial vacancy to successful placement
- Grow and maintain a high-quality pipeline of candidates
- Ensure excellent service standards for both clients and candidates

Requirements
For Trainee Consultants:
- A bachelor's degree or relevant experience (education background advantageous)
