Level 3 Teaching Assistant We're looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to take on a full-time role at a school in Herne Bay, starting as soon as possible. You'll be working alongside teaching staff to support pupils across KS1 and KS2, helping with learning, classroom activities and individual pupil needs. This role would suit someone who: Has a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Has previous experience working with children in a school environment Has SEN experience (preferred) Is confident supporting pupils who present challenging behaviour Can remain calm, consistent and professional in difficult situations Understands and follows school safeguarding procedures and policies Knows the importance of maintaining professional boundaries and reporting safeguarding concerns Has a valid DBS or is willing to apply for one Has a driving licence (preferred) Herne Bay Monday - Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm Full-time Immediate start PLEASE SEND UPDATED CVS TO YASMINE PITMAN AT ACADEMICS ROCHESTER Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy
