We are looking for a dedicated Dyslexia Learning Support Assistant to work at a specialist school for dyslexic students. This role is a perfect opportunity for a graduate looking to gain their first experience working with young people with special educational needs, as well as someone looking for the next step in their career to specialise in working with dyslexic pupils or aspiring Therapists.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various therapy teams including Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists, if this is a career path you are interested in exploring. This school has their own Therapy Department on site, staffed by qualified therapists and therapy assistants. This is an exciting chance to expand your knowledge, skillset, and gain relevant practical experience.

Entry requirements for a Learning Support Assistant:

  • Undergraduate Degree or experience working with children or young people
