What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering 1:1 and small group academic interventions
- Supporting children with additional learning needs and special educational needs (SEN)
- Working alongside class teachers and SENCOs to monitor pupil progress
- Helping pupils develop confidence, resilience, and social skills
- Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment across Wokingham schools
Who We’re Looking For:
- A recent graduate with an interest in education, child psychology, or SEN
- A patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable team player
- Someone with a desire to train as a teacher, educational psychologist, or therapist
- Experience with children or young people (voluntary or paid) is a bonus but not essential
