We are looking for a caring, dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - SEN who will help in providing high quality support to learners and young people with educational needs. The successful candidate will be passionate about helping individuals reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to a range of learners across the day.
- Support learners with their learning, development and engagement.
- Support the delivery of targeted interventions and personalised activities.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with learners.
- Encourage continued positive behaviour choices, confidence and independence.
- Monitor learner progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
- Help maintain a calm, safe and inclusive learning environment for all.
- Follow all policies and procedures on a daily basis.
We are looking for someone who is:
