We are seeking a dedicated SEN Specialist Teacher (QTS) who is passionate about supporting learners with special educational needs. You will provide high quality, personalised teaching in a nurturing and inclusive enviroment, adapting your approach to meet the individual needs of each learner. Term Time only Key Responsibilities of a SEN Primary School Specialist Teacher: Creating a safe and encouraging environment to help learners thrive. Plan and deliver engaging lessons for SEN learners. Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet learners needs. Support with monitoring achievements and helping learners feel supported to reach their full potential. Ensuring safeguarding policies are followed at all times. Set appropriate learning goals and targets. Promote independence, confidence, communication and social development. Maintain accurate records and provide regular feedback on pupil progress. Key Qualities we are seeking: A caring, patient, and adaptable approach. A genuine passion for helping children with SEN succeed. Experience working within a teaching role (SEN or non) QTS status.
