Are you an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a passion for supporting children who face barriers to learning? Academics Rochester is working closely with a supportive primary school in Gillingham to recruit a skilled HLTA to deliver focused small group interventions and provide targeted learning support to Key Stage 2 pupils, including those with additional educational and emotional needs. This role is ideal for someone who can offer consistent, compassionate support while helping pupils overcome daily challenges and make meaningful progress in both their learning and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering small group and 1:1 interventions across KS2, particularly in literacy, numeracy, and social/emotional skills
