Academics are currently recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a specialist SEN school in Folkestone, working with pupils who have Autism (ASC) and complex SEN needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is patient, proactive, and genuinely committed to supporting children with additional needs to thrive both academically and personally.
The Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with ASC and complex needs
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored, engaging lessons
- Support students with communication, emotional regulation, and social development

- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
