Academics are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a specialist SEN school based in Folkestone. This is a full-time role, working 5 days per week, supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and complex special educational needs.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging, tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with ASC and complex SEN
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
- Implement EHCP targets and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Proven experience working within SEN settings, particularly with ASC and complex needs
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
