A thriving and welcoming Primary School in Basildon is looking for a confident and nurturing EYFS Teaching Assistant / Nursery Nurse to join their dedicated Early Years team. This is a full-time role, starting September, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a positive and supportive learning environment. Working closely with experienced staff in both Nursery and Reception, you'll play a key role in supporting young learners at the very start of their school journey.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored support to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Assist in delivering engaging Phonics, Reading, Writing, and Maths sessions
  • Support children with mild Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Contribute to a creative and stimulating learning environment
  • Help children grow in confidence, independence, and social skills
