Experienced working with children with a range of learning needs, adapting support to help every child reach their potential.

Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff, creating a welcoming and inclusive learning environment.

Strong understanding of safeguarding, child development, and EYFS statutory requirements.

Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider school team.

Excellent behaviour management skills with a calm, patient, and caring approach.
