About the Role:This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity for an experienced EYFS SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated support to a child in the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored interventions that meet the child's learning and behavioural needs.

Key Responsibilities:* Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN needs in the EYFS.* Assist in delivering targeted strategies for learning and behaviour.* Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.* Work closely with staff and parents to support progress.* Support children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (experience desirable).

Candidate Requirements:? Previous experience supporting SEN children.? EYFS or primary school experience essential.? Strong communication and teamwork skills.? A patient, resilient and empathetic approach.? Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
