An outstanding Primary School in Rochford is looking for a Year 2 Primary Teacher to join their team in September 2026. This is a full-time role, employed directly with the school on a permanent contract.
School Philosophy
The school prides itself on staff well-being. A live marking system, no daily planning, shared PPA each week with other co-teachers in the year group, no lunchtime duties, high staff morale and purposeful meetings are all part of the daily routine.
The Headteacher can offer an experienced KS1 Primary Teacher + TLR, with options for Phonics Lead, Art Lead or Science Lead. A strong KS1 Primary ECT will receive a dedicated mentor and enrolment onto the ECT programme.
