In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality classroom cover, deliver targeted interventions, and work closely with teachers to ensure all pupils receive the support and challenge they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities Provide effective classroom cover across Reception to Year 6 using established lesson plans.
Deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions to raise attainment and build confidence.
Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging learning experiences.
Adapt activities to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
Foster positive behaviour and create a nurturing learning environment.
Monitor pupil progress and share feedback with colleagues.
Contribute actively to the wider life of the school.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Holds HLTA status or has substantial experience in a similar role.
Has experience leading learning within a primary school setting.
Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills.
Builds strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and families.
Is adaptable, proactive and confident working across different year groups.
Has a genuine commitment to helping children reach their full potential.
