Are you a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant with experience supporting children with special educational needs? We are currently seeking an experienced SEND LSA to support non‑verbal children with autism in a welcoming school environment in Witham.
About the Role
As a SEND LSA, you will be working closely with a non‑verbal child with autism to support their learning and personal development. You will assist with communication, emotional regulation, and engaging them in classroom activities, ensuring they receive the tailored support they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities
