The Role
- Provide classroom support across a range of learning activities
- Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions where required
- Encourage pupils' confidence, independence and participation in lessons
- Support children with varying learning needs, including SEND where appropriate
- Help maintain a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support pupil progress
