Your responsibilities may include: Leading lessons and delivering planned learning activities across the primary age range. Providing targeted support to pupils who need additional guidance or encouragement. Helping maintain a positive classroom atmosphere where children feel confident to participate. Working closely with teachers to support progress and identify areas where pupils may need extra help. Encouraging independence, curiosity and positive learning habits.
