You will work alongside experienced teachers and support staff to help create an engaging learning environment where every child is encouraged to succeed, whatever their starting point.

The Role

  • Provide classroom support across a range of learning activities
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions where required
  • Encourage pupils' confidence, independence and participation in lessons
  • Support children with varying learning needs, including SEND where appropriate
  • Help maintain a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support pupil progress

  • Has previous experience working with children in an educational or similar setting
  • Is patient, reliable and approachable
