Are you passionate about helping children with additional needs reach their full potential? A well-regarded specialist school in Camden is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to lead small classes and deliver personalised learning for pupils with complex needs, for a full-time role.
As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver tailored lessons, supporting pupils academically, socially, and emotionally. Working alongside a team of specialist staff, you will help pupils develop confidence, independence and resilience. Pupils may have:
- Autism or other neurodivergent profiles
- Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
- ADHD and associated behavioural challenges
- Communication and interaction difficulties
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons for pupils with SEND
- Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
- Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to meet pupils' needs
- Track pupil progress and contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
