We are currently recruiting an Economics Tutor for a fixed-term role in a high-quality secondary school in West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Economics graduate or unqualified Economics teacher seeking an ASAP start in a supportive school environment with strong leadership and excellent student behaviour. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on classroom experience, progress towards teacher training, or build a career in education while working within a well-structured and supportive department.
As an Economics Tutor in West London, you will support the delivery of Economics across Key Stages, working closely with teaching staff to help students achieve strong academic outcomes. You will play a key role in supporting learning, engagement, and progress in Economics lessons.
Key responsibilities:- Supporting the delivery of Economics lessons under the guidance of qualified teaching staff
- Providing one-to-one and small-group academic support where required
- Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
- Supporting students with exam preparation, coursework, and subject understanding
- Helping to maintain a positive, focused, and inclusive learning environment
- Working collaboratively within the Economics department and wider school team
