A secondary school in the London Borough of Ealing is seeking an exceptional Head of Drama to join its dedicated team from September. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Drama teacher or an aspiring middle leader looking to make a lasting impact in a high-performing and supportive school.

The Role

Head of Drama position September start. Teaching Drama across KS3, KS4 and KS5, including A Level. Lead and develop a successful Drama department. Immediate interviews available.

As Head of Drama, you will inspire students through engaging and creative lessons while leading the strategic development of the department. You will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.

  • Have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire both students and colleagues.
