A lovely Voluntary Aided Primary School in Dunstable seeking an enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join a welcoming, faith-based school serving children aged 4-11 with 30 places per year group. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Reception Teacher to join the team from February Half Term 2026 until the end of the academic year. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a nurturing, values-driven school and support the development of our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences for Reception children, fostering curiosity and a love of learning.
- Support the holistic development of children within a nurturing, Christian environment.
- Plan and implement a broad, balanced curriculum in line with school policies and the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, contributing to the school's warm and welcoming ethos.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and support as appropriate.
