About the role:

  • Deliver personalised, adaptive lessons to learners with ASC and ADHD
  • Use consistent routines, visual supports, and tailored communication strategies
  • Work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team including SENCOs, therapists and pastoral staff
  • Create a calm, structured and supportive space where pupils feel safe, understood and motivated
  • Assess, track and celebrate pupil progress in both academic and social/emotional development
  • Foster independence, emotional regulation and confidence

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
  • Strong knowledge or experience of Autism, ADHD and neurodiverse learning needs
  • Confidence in implementing adapted curriculums and behaviour-supportive strategies
  • A nurturing, patient and resilient approach

Excellent on-site training, support and CPD is provided to ensure safeguarding of all students.

Β£170 - Β£230 per day, Mon-Fri, 08:30 to 15:30, PAYE, Term time only.

You MUST have right to work in the UK in order to apply - no Visa sponsorship.
