Are you a passionate Qualified Teacher (QTS) looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)? We are working in partnership with a number of specialist ASC schools across East Kent and are looking to recruit dedicated, patient and enthusiastic teachers to join our team. Whether you're an experienced SEN teacher or a mainstream teacher looking to transition into specialist education, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
You'll be teaching pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition, delivering engaging and personalised lessons that support both academic achievement and social development. You'll work alongside experienced SEN professionals in well-resourced, supportive school environments where every day brings the opportunity to positively impact a young person's future.
We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential
- Experience working with pupils with ASC, SEN or additional needs is desirable but not essential
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A calm, adaptable and compassionate approach
- A genuine passion for inclusive education
