Become a Thrive Practitioner & Make a Lasting Difference
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Contract: Term-time, Monday - Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm)
Daily Rate: £88.94 - £110 (including holiday pay)
Are you trained in the Thrive Approach® or passionate about trauma-informed, emotional wellbeing support in schools? We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Thrive Practitioner to join a supportive Primary School.

- Grow as a Practitioner: Access further training and professional development to deepen your Thrive practice and expand your SEN and wellbeing toolkit.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Thrive training or experience applying Thrive principles in an educational setting
- Understanding of trauma-informed practice, attachment, and social-emotional development
- Experience supporting pupils with SEMH, autism, anxiety, or communication needs
- A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach
- A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive, child-centred education
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
