Your Role:
- Provide essential support to pupils with diverse special educational needs, ensuring they feel secure and valued.
- Assist in delivering tailored Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs) and Behaviour Plans.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships to engage students in learning.
- Foster independence, inclusivity, and confidence among pupils.
