Academics Agency is excited to offer a full-time, term-time temp to perm position for a committed SEMH Teaching Assistant in a unique and bespoke educational setting in the Doncaster area.
The Role:
- Provide invaluable support for students with SEMH and Autism, fostering confidence and self-esteem.
- Collaborate on individualized Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs) and Behaviour Plans to meet diverse needs.
- Build meaningful relationships that encourage active engagement and trust.
- Promote inclusion and independence in a nurturing environment.
- Partner with teachers to create a vibrant and positive classroom experience.
