Your Role:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will:
- Provide individualised support to students with SEN/SEND and ASD
- Plan and deliver engaging, adaptive lessons to enhance academic and social development
- Work closely with teachers and schools across South Yorkshire to promote inclusive education
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years’ experience as a HLTA (SEN/SEND experience preferred)
- Experience supporting ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or similar needs
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child welfare
- Enhanced DBS (registered or willing to obtain)
- Two professional references
- Right to work in the UK
