About the Role
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant in Doncaster, you will support children within Nursery and Reception classes, helping them develop socially, emotionally, and academically through engaging early years activities. You will work alongside class teachers and EYFS practitioners to deliver a stimulating learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities
- Support children within Nursery and Reception classrooms

Candidate Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant, Childcare or Early Years qualification (essential)
- Previous experience within an early years setting desirable
- Understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
- Positive, nurturing and reliable approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
