Position: Early Career Teacher (ECT)
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Contract: Flexible temporary ongoing assignments
Pay: £130 - £190 per day (PAYE only - no umbrella company deductions)

The Role
As an Early Career Teacher working with Academics, you'll have the opportunity to teach within EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 classrooms across Doncaster. Supply teaching offers an excellent way to develop your skills, gain exposure to different school environments, and complete your early teaching career with valuable practical experience. You'll receive ongoing support from both school staff and your dedicated Academics consultant throughout your placements.
Key Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Differentiating learning to support pupils of varying abilities
- Encourage excellent behaviour and positive attitudes to learning
- Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
- Work effectively alongside teaching assistants and school colleagues
- Adhere to all safeguarding and school policies
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- An Early Career Teacher or recently qualified teacher seeking experience across primary settings
- Passionate, adaptable, and committed to pupil achievement
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
