We are currently recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Bexley, with an immediate start available.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HLTA who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development across the primary age range.
The Role:
- Supporting teaching and learning across the primary curriculum
- Delivering planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Providing targeted intervention support for pupils
- Working with individuals and small groups to raise attainment
- Supporting classroom behaviour and pupil engagement
- Assisting teachers with planning and classroom preparation
Requirements:
- HLTA qualification or relevant classroom experience
- Previous experience working within a primary school setting

- A proactive, positive, and flexible approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
